1999 Dodge Durango Black SLT - AWD 110K Miles in Chestnut Ridge, New York

Thank you very much for your interest in my vehicle, PLEASE READ THIS AD IN ITS ENTIRETY.
This SUV has been in my family since it was purchased brand new by my dad. I purchased it from him around 2004. The reason I am selling it is due to a noise that has developed in the engine. It is not audible at idle.
It has 110,569 miles logged.
Having two others cars, I simply don't want to put any money into this one to repair it.
In this ad I will be honest, straightforward and candid about the general condition of the vehicle and what additional issues that may require your attention. I have priced the vehicle accordingly.
I have had it inspected by a knowledgeable & reliable mechanic, and he believes the sound is coming from the camshaft bearing(s). Given the fact that he did not drop the oil pan nor do any internal visual inspection of the engine, I can not say that the issue is limited to that particular part.
The new owner will have to have the complete engine inspected to identify the full scope of any potential problems, and to replace any additional; parts or perhaps easier, the entire engine.
The vehicle runs but will require you to either provide a battery and/or your vehicle to provide a jump start.
Following is a detail of the condition of this vehicle.
THE GOOD:
*Full time FWD (manually selected)via the optional NV 242 transfer case. Includes 2H,4PT, N, 4L modes as well.
*Brake lines replaced within the last two years.
*Optional rear seat air conditioning ducts and selectable fan speed.
*Third row seating folds into floor. Second row seating folds flat as well for additional storage.
*Cruise Control
*A/C fully operational
*Newer front tires
*Passed NYS physical inspection and emission testing last December
*Power locks
*Interior in excellent condition. No tears, wear nor damage whatsoever.
*All glass is clean; no holes nor scratches.
*Body is in great shape, slight detent in rear corner of bumper. Probably can be pushed out.
*Oil and filter just changed about 200 miles ago last month.
*Transmission shifts perfectly
THE BAD
*Needs two rear tires
*Drivers window locked in position open ½ inch. I believe the cable snapped,
*Needs speed sensor. This interchangeable part needs to be replaced. (About 50 bucks) It's a common problem on these vehicle. Due to this defect, the "brake" light stays on when operating the vehicle. Additionally, as a result of this defective part, the rear wheel anti-lock braking system may be disabled. (Vehicle factory equipped with standard rear wheel Anti-Lock braking system)
*Engine issue as detailed above.
*My neighbor backed into the drivers door which was replaced. The body shop failed to change the lock cylinder so you must use one of the two included remote key fobs to operate the lock.
*Could probably use new wiper blades.
THE UGLY
*Visually the truck is in great shape except for the slightly pushed in right rear corner of the bumper.
*I noticed that there is some minor rust on a small area on the inside top of the right rear wheel well.
So there it is! I think that accurately describes what you will find when you go over this vehicle.

The vehicle is at my home in Spring Valley, NY in Rockland County, about 5-10 minutes north of the NJ State line.
